If you have bought a new Boss bike recently then click on the link below to register your bike with us.

In the unfortunate case that your bike is ever stolen or lost, we will store your unique bicycle serial number so that your bike can be traced and hopefully returned to you.

My brakes are not working properly, what can I do?

Once you have bought a Boss bike, we want to ensure you continue to get enjoyment out of it for years to come. To help you maintain your bike in great working order, we have created some simple to follow support videos to talk you through maintaining each element of your Boss bike.

We work closely with our carefully selected retail partners to resolve any issues and keep you out riding. In the unfortunate case that you have a problem with setting up your bike, or setting the brakes and gear, then we recomend that you check out our help videos in the “Customer Support” section of the website.

For any other issues please contact the retailer who you purchased your Boss bike from, and they will assist you with your enquiry.
