Where can I buy Boss bikes from?

Boss bikes are available from many UK high-street retailers, who you will already know and trust.  We work closely with all of our partners to deliver great quality and service everyday.

What is the maximum rider weight limit of a Boss bike?

The maximum permissable combined total weight for the rider + luggage for each Boss bike is as follows;

 

Adult Mountain Bikes (26″ / 27.5″ / 29″ Wheel) :  Maximum combined weight = 135kg

 

 

My gears are making a noise / do not change properly, what can I do?

Once you have bought a Boss bike, we want to ensure you continue to get enjoyment out of it for years to come. To help you maintain your bike in great working order, we have created some simple to follow support videos to talk you through maintaining each element of your Boss bike.

I have bought a new Boss bike but need help to assemble it

Once you have bought your new Boss bike we want you to be out riding and enjoying it as soon as possible. I am looking for Kids Bikes but cannot find any in the Boss range

Boss are part of the largest British Owned bike company and focus on providing great quality Mountain bikes.
